These entities are falsely representing themselves as being part of, or acting on behalf of, the Group and its affiliated entities.

These fraudulent schemes are complex and multi-vectored, designed to exploit the Group's global brand and reputation for credibility. They constitute criminal activities including attempted fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized solicitation.

Identified Threat Vectors:

The Group’s Security and Legal teams continuously monitor a range of deceptive tactics, which include, but are not limited to:

Fabricated Investment Platforms: Creation of sophisticated, cloned websites and the use of counterfeit documentation to solicit fraudulent venture capital investments, private equity placements, or business partnership proposals.

Advanced Persistent Phishing (APP): Deployment of highly targeted email campaigns, impersonating senior executives and department heads, to initiate fraudulent procurement processes, contractor agreements, or wire transfer requests.

Talent Acquisition Scams: Posting of counterfeit employment opportunities on unauthorized third-party platforms, leading to fake interview processes and fraudulent "onboarding" that requests personal financial information or payments for visas/equipment.

Digital & Social Engineering: Utilization of fake social media profiles, spoofed communication channels, and SMS-based "prize" or "lottery" scams falsely associated with the Group's brands and operations.

Official Group Stance & Protocols:

The Group does not solicit direct investment from the public through unofficial websites, social media, or unsolicited email communications.

All official recruitment is conducted through our verified corporate websites or established, reputable agencies, with formalized hiring processes. We never require candidates to pay any fees as a condition of employment.

Official tender and contractor opportunities are published through designated channels and follow strict corporate governance and due diligence procedures. Unsolicited approaches for such agreements should be treated with extreme caution.
